This is item has been opened by another customer and returned to us (most likely as a size exchange), or has a minor cosmetic blemish that does not affect performance. Many are still in new condition. Some may show minor signs of use from trying on.

We have quickly visually inspected these and they seem to look generally new. Straps/webbing may be moved around or unraveled. Sometimes a strap, clip or webbing keeper etc could be missing, but usually not. If you receive a vest that is missing a component or part, you will need to purchase those parts separately. We do not reset or reposition the waist and chest straps on these. They go back out in the same position as we received them. This is what allows us to discount these so much.
Instead of trying to spend time to "refurbish" these and re-sell them as new, we're saving our time/labor and simply passing them on to those who value this type of open box, final sale opportunity.

Your navel is typically the most critical measurement for ideal ergonomics and load-carrying. However, we've dialed in the fitment so precisely, and added so much fine-tuned adjustability, that we've made it easy enough that you can simply order based on your T-shirt size.
Small/Medium - Measurement at navel (not waist size) of under 39"
Large/XL - Measurement at navel (not waist size) of 39" to 44"
2XL & Up - Measurement at navel (not waist size) of 45" and up
