Vest Size Exchanges & Returns:

Your navel (belly button, not pant waist) is typically the most critical measurement for achieving ideal ergonomics and load-carrying (no more sore shoulders!). Here is a breakdown of our Over/Under Vest System sizing recommendations:

-Small/Medium - Measurement at navel (at belly button, not waist size) of under 39"

-Large/XL - Measurement at navel of 39" to 44"

-2XL & Up - Measurement at navel of 45" and up

Our '2XL & Up' size has 6" of extra MOLLE panel length on each hip, so a total of 12" added around your hips, as compared to the Small/Medium size. The L/XL size falls right in-between these two (6" total extra length around hips). You want to make sure the MOLLE panels don't run into each other, or you won't be able to cinch the waist/hip belt down properly.

Based on this, please double check your navel measurement to make sure we get you the best fitting vest possible.

If exchanging for a different size, you can keep any attachments you want and send back just the vest. We'll refund whichever items you send back (in new and re-sellable condition).

Please follow the link below to process your return of items in new condition with tags (Choose "Return", not "Exchange").

Then, please place a new/separate order for the other vest size. This way, you will get your new vest quicker as we'll ship it out right away, in advance of receiving your returned vest. Some of the vest sizes are also different prices, which is why we can't process a simple straight-up exchange.
